Clean the ezDispense compartments every time you refill the detergent/softener or change to a new type of detergent/softener.
Remove and clean the detergent dispenser drawer once or twice a month. Leaving detergent in the detergent dispenser drawer for an extended period or using the washing machine for a long time may cause the build-up of residue in the detergent dispenser drawer.
Do not spray water inside the washing machine. Doing so may cause fire or electric shock.
Turn off the washing machine, and unplug the power cord.
Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer until it stops.
Press down the disengage button a to completely remove the drawer.
Open the lids.
Clean the inserts with warm water.
Rinse the drawer in warm water to dissolve the detergent residue or softener scale.
Use a soft cloth or brush to remove any residue.
Do not use soap when cleaning the drawer and inserts.
If the detergent or softener is hardened inside the ezDispense compartments, remove the covers on the drawer.
Clean the insides of the compartments with warm water.
Use a soft cloth or brush to clean and to remove any residue.
Do not use soap when cleaning the drawer and inserts.
Securely close the covers on the ezDispense compartments.
Wipe off any moisture with a dry towel or cloth after cleaning.
Reinsert the detergent dispenser drawer.
