Your Flexis air conditioner will continue working efficiently to produce clean air, with a Self-clean function that stops dirt from accumulating and reduces the growth of mould and bacteria. Sleep mode supports your ideal sleeping environment, raising, lowering or maintaining the temperature throughout the night to ensure maximum comfort.

We are striving to enhance our delivery service, however, at present, our delivery services are limited to the Auckland region only.
Our delivery option is available within Auckland to physical residential or commercial addresses only.
Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as we require a signature on delivery. This helps us to ensure your product arrives safely.
When you purchase, you can choose a delivery day. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and our team will contact you to schedule the delivery.
Our delivery time for the Auckland metro area is 1-5 days, and for the Auckland rural area, it is 3-10 days.
Inspection Of Goods
When accepting delivery or picking up the items, please ensure you scrutinise the unit and make sure you are delighted with the items; before you accept the delivery (sign the docs, let the delivery guy go). Failing to do so may limit your right to claim such damage after you have accepted the good. Please check on the warranty claim
page if the product is not working.
Superficial Damage To The Goods
Some slight damage to the package does not affect the performance of appliances. This damage could happen during the delivery of the items, warehousing, lifting and installation process. We will compensate a voucher up to $100 depending on the total amount of the goods.
